Vegetable oils are ideal for use as ‘carriers’ in face and body massage blends. They supply your skin with essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals and can be used alone or in combination for various healing purposes.
Carrier oils also serve as wonderful bases for synergistic blends, massage oils and health remedies.
For body, add 5 to 6 drops of essential oil or synergistic blend to 10ml of carrier oil. If using on face, it is recommended to add no more than 1 drop of essential oil or blend to 5ml of carrier oil.
Tip!
Instead of adding pure essential oil, you can make up your own synergistic blend and add the required number of drops.
