Pricing & Taxes

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are exempt of the 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Prices stated on our website do not include delivery or shipping charges.

Ingredients

As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always certain due to ever-changing nature, we reserve the right to discontinue any product or to substitute alternative ingredients for the purpose of fulfilling our orders.

Extra care has been put into making sure all products have met labeling requirements. It is your responsibility to read the ingredients label provided with every product and pay attention to the cautionary warnings for applicable essential oils and other ingredients as we will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of our products.

International Shipping

We will make reasonable effort to ship your order according to the post office parcel delivery schedules which are estimates only and not guaranteed. The shipments are subject to possible delays including but not limited to delays by customs or government authorities of the destination country. We shall however not be liable for any delays in effecting shipment of your order for whatever reasons once the order is duly packed and handed over to the post office.

It is your responsibility to inquire into the import regulations (prohibitions, restrictions, etc.) and to bear any expenses, charges or costs including but not limited to storage charges, duties and taxes, retrieval and administrative costs, if any are required, in the country of destination. We shall not be held liable for delay or non-delivery of your order arising from the detention of the item(s) by the customs or any government authorities of the destination country.

Much of aromatherapy and the said benefits of essential oils are complementary or alternative treatments and are not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.

Our products are not suitable for oral consumption. As a general rule, pure essential oils should always be diluted (1-3% to every blend) before application to the skin. We are not responsible for any claims arising out of the misuse of essential oils or any product sold by us.

Always ensure that all essential oils and Sabun products are out of child's reach.

If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, do seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using any essential oils or Sabun product.

Sampling

We advise you to skin-test new products before use. Dab a small amount on the back of your neck or your inner elbow and watch for any adverse reaction within 24 hours. Prohibit use if there are symptoms of irritation and if the symptoms persist, do seek the immediate attention of a healthcare professional.

Every new customer is entitled to 5 complimentary samples* and you are encouraged to request for them. Samples are limited to the following - essential oil dilutions (5ml and 15ml ranges only), carrier oils, hydrosols, clays and products from the baby and bath & body ranges. A flat postage fee of SGD3.50 applies. The samples will be mailed to you via standard SingPost once we receive payment through Paypal Express or Direct Bank Deposit.

As A Side Note

All materials we (and others) use are chemicals, whether they are "natural", "naturally-derived" or "synthetic".

Many folks out there use the term “chemical” to indicate any nasty ingredient that is not natural or may be harmful, but this is a misuse of the term. To use "natural", "naturally-derived" or "synthetic" when referring to the source and “safe”, “irritant”, “hazardous” or “toxic” when referring to the suitability, is more appropriate.

While we do not claim that we are 100% organic or natural, as the issue is highly debatable even with market standards, all our products made are free from formaldehyde, sulphates, parabens, silicones, surfactants and nitrosating agents.
