Sabun bath and body products are hand-blended upon each order received. As our essential oils and raw ingredients are sourced from regions around the world to ensure quality, it's hard for us to keep a significant amount of finished goods so as to maintain the freshness of your order.

By default, local orders are mailed via standard SingPost at a flat rate of SGD3.50. Your order normally reaches you within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment.

Hand delivery to your home or office address (within mainland SG) is also available at a flat rate of SGD8.00. After confirmation of your order and payment completion, we will be in touch via email to schedule a suitable delivery date. Do note that Direct Bank Deposit may take up to 3 working days to process.

All sales and enquiries are operated through this website and we are unable to entertain self-collection at this point.

International Customers

During check-out, select 'Request for Freight or International Shipping Quote'. We will email you the payment request, along with prevailing postage rates, delivery lead time and payment details.

Your order is shipped via Speedpost Worldwide Courier. Depending on your region, it will take approximately 5 - 14 working days, upon receipt of payment, to reach you.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, reliability and trust. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund your order (less delivery or shipping) with store credit which you can use to offset your next purchase.

Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization code prior to returning your product. We strongly recommend that you try out new oils or products by dabbing a small amount on the back of your neck or behind your elbow to test for any adverse skin reaction that may occur within the first 24 hours.
