Ingredients 2 tbsp dried lavender petals 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers 1 tbsp dried sage herb 3 tbsp powdered milk muslin bag Instructions - Place and tie all ingredients in a muslin bag. - If soaking in a bathtub, dip herbal bath bag in warm water and squeeze till the milk powder disperses in. Use the wet bag as a body exfoliating scrub. - Can be used in the shower as well. Run under warm water and let the milky fluid flow over body. Use the bath bag as a scrub.
This softening scrub helps remove stains and deodorizes at the same time. Apply a teaspoon to damp hands. Ingredients 25ml avocado oil 1 tbsp fine sea salt 10 drops lemon essential oil Instructions Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a clean bowl. Ingredients 25g fine epsom salts 20g unscented body lotion 15g fine-grained brown sugar 5 drops essential oil of choice Instructions Put dry ingredients in a clean bowl and give it a good mix. Slowly add in lotion, mixing quickly, till desired consistency is reached. Use immediately and do not store.

Ingredients 2 parts dried green tea leaves 1 part dried calendula petals 1 part dried chamomile flowers 1 part dried lavender buds Instructions Mix all the herbs up in a clean glass jar and leave for a week to marry the scents together. To use, place 20g of herb mixture in a muslin bag and toss into hot bath. The bath bag doubles up as a body scrub.

If you wish, sprinkle yellow clay over salt mixture for some colour and blend till evenly dispersed, then mix in petals. Store in a clean tub to allow the salts to ‘marinate’ before using.

Ingredients 100g epsom bath salts 90g dead sea bath salts 10g sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) 12 drops lemon essential oil 12 drops grapefruit essential oil 16 drops frankincense essential oil Instructions Mix salts together, add in essential oil and stir evenly. Add in sodium bicarbonate and blend well. Store in a clean tub to allow the salts to ‘marinate’ before using.
