Chest Rub Oil
This warming chest rub oil helps to relieve nasal and upper respiratory congestion.

Ingredients
1 tsp carrier oil
2 drops eucalyptus eo
2 drops tea tree eo
1 drop basil eo

Instructions
Combine all oils in a dark glass bottle and mix well.

* Do not use on children
Stress Relief Massage Oil
Lavender is long known to be relaxing, to help with headaches and to be beneficial to the skin. This combination of essential oils helps reduce stress, tension and their associated symptoms.

Ingredients
15ml carrier oil
5 drops bergamot eo
4 drops grapefruit eo
4 drops lavender eo
2 drops frankincense eo

Instructions
Combine all oils in a dark glass bottle and mix well.

* Do not use on children
Sinus Relief Steam Vapour
As the name suggests, this decongesting steam vapour helps loosen the mucus in the sinus cavity to help expulsion.

Ingredients
1 ltr boiling water
2 drops eucalyptus eo
1 drop thyme eo
1 drop peppermint eo

Instructions
Pour the boiling water into a basin and add the essential oils. Breathe in vapours with a towel over your head. Be careful not to scald yourself with the hot steam!

Headache Salts
Put this in your bath to ease the headache tension away.

Ingredients
3/4 cup epsom bath salts
1/4 cup dead sea bath salts
1/2 cup sodium bicarbonate
1 tbsp cornflour
5 drops peppermint eo
5 drops lavender eo
5 drops eucalyptus eo
5 drops rosemary eo

Instructions
Blend all dry ingredients in a large bowl till well-mixed. Add essential oils drop by drop, tossing thoroughly as you do it. Store in a clean, dry container.

Sore Throat Gargle

Ingredients
2 cups water
5 tbsp dried calendula petals

Instructions
Make an infusion with the calendula petals. Strain through a filter and gargle while it’s still warm.
