As the name suggests, this decongesting steam vapour helps loosen the mucus in the sinus cavity to help expulsion. Ingredients 1 ltr boiling water 2 drops eucalyptus eo 1 drop thyme eo 1 drop peppermint eo Instructions Pour the boiling water into a basin and add the essential oils.
