Draw a warm bath and add 8 to 10 tablespoons (1 to 2 for foot baths) of bath salt under running water to dissolve. Soak and relax with a magazine and a glass of wine.

To customise, simply add 30 to 50 drops of essential oil or synergistic blend to 250g bath salt and mix thoroughly.
