• 100ml carrier oil of choice
• 10 drops ginger EO
• 12 drops eucalyptus globulus EO
• 8 drops peppermint EO
• 10 drops lemon EO


1. Mix all oils, stir well and store in a dark glass bottle.

2. Let the oils sit and marry for a day or two.

3. Massage onto affected areas twice a week.
