Relaxing Foot Bath Oil

Long day? This blend eases tired, aching or swollen feet and ankles.

•12 drops lavender essential oil
•8 drops peppermint essential oil
•5 drops geranium essential oil
•5 drops thyme essential oil
• 50ml base (massage) oil

1. Add essential oils to carrier oil and let sit for a day.

2. Use 2 tsps of sooth bath oil in a foot basin of warm water.

3. Can also be used as a body massage oil for general relaxation.
